1 can of chickpeas (16 oz.)
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
¾ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Toss the chickpeas with vinegar, olive oil and salt.

Roast for 30 minutes or until chickpeas are a golden brown. Keep an eye on your oven as they can burn easily!
