Drizzle 1 tsp (5 mL) of the olive oil onto the garlic, wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 25–30 minutes or until cloves are soft. Let cool completely before using.

Add drained beans, roasted garlic, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt and nutritional yeast to a food processor and pulse until your desired consistency while scraping down the sides of the bowl.
